Last updated: July 21, 2026

BrigAnimals Care is committed to correcting meaningful factual errors and maintaining clear, current, and useful content.

How to Report an Error

Send correction requests to: contact@briganimals.com.

Please include:

  • The article title or page address
  • The specific statement you believe is incorrect
  • An explanation of the concern
  • A reliable supporting source when available

Useful Supporting Sources

Useful evidence may include:

  • A recognized veterinary organization
  • A government animal-health publication
  • A veterinary school or academic resource
  • A peer-reviewed animal-health publication
  • An official manufacturer instruction or safety notice
  • A documented product recall or updated recommendation

How Requests Are Reviewed

The editorial team may review the article, original source, publication date, context, official guidance, relevant research, and newer information.

Not every disagreement is a factual error. Differences involving personal preference, individual animal behavior, product experience, or reasonable interpretation may require clarification rather than correction.

Types of Changes

Factual Correction

A materially inaccurate statement may be corrected, rewritten, or removed.

Safety Clarification

Information that is accurate but unclear or potentially unsafe when misunderstood may be expanded or rewritten.

Veterinary or Product Update

Content may be updated when professional guidance, ingredients, recalls, products, instructions, or official recommendations change.

Minor Editorial Edit

Spelling, grammar, formatting, punctuation, broken links, and readability issues may be corrected without a public notice.

Correction Notices

When an error materially changes an article’s conclusion, safety guidance, health context, or recommendation, we may add an editor’s note explaining that the page was corrected or updated.

Minor edits that do not change the meaning generally do not require a separate notice.

Removal Requests

Content is not normally removed solely because a person, manufacturer, seller, or organization disagrees with an editorial conclusion.

Removal may be considered when content creates a legitimate copyright, privacy, legal, safety, duplication, or serious accuracy concern.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Submitting a request does not guarantee that the requested change will be made.

Decisions are based on available evidence, safety, relevance, context, and our editorial standards.
